the apartment is located in piazza della repubblica 24 in the heart of porta palazzo , a definitely multi ethnic area ( if you do have prejudices this is not the place for you !)

erasmus student's - 4/5 months minimum stay allowed
double occupancy ( you will have a roommate !!).

monthly costs per person :
renteuro 240
expenses euro 80 called as " other cost"
wifi , condo maintenance , water

total fixed monthly costs for each person : euro 320 + utilities ( see below )

there is a monthly contribution for electricity ( 15 ) & gas bills ( 40) . bills are on the landlords name , and they are monitored and if they exceed the paid monthly contribution the extras will be shared equally by all tenants ( no matter their personal real use ) and it will be paid the following month

deposit : euro 680 to be paid after booking through housinganywhere .
after checking the room , bathroom and common area and if there are not damages , you would get back euro 530 .
euro 150 ( per person) will be retained for the heating bill and electricity bill received in 60/90 days
deposit cannot be used as last rent

contract : temporary contract for students with university matricola number and codice fiscale
the cost of contract registration - at tenants account - is about 100 per.person and the exact cost stated on the receipt.

important
this is a shared apartment therefore people who don t have respect for rules of coexistence and collaboration is not suitable for this place . there are cleaning shifts in the common area ( and cost of products is shared ) and it s compulsory to comply to it .

there is a cleaning fee ( 10 / month per person ) is compulsory and do not exclude the daily cleaning from your side . if you don t have time to take care of your good care of the property , the landlord can add extra cleaning hours ( at cost )

in this apt there is a space for bikes or for a car in the courtward
