IN ADDITION THERE ARE UTILITIES BILLS TO SHARE WITH OTHER TENANTS:
Contribution for electricity 25 / monthly
Contribution for gas 40 /monthly from october to april . The heating is centralized with termovalvole on your heater's room therefore you consumption is calculated after the heating shuts.

DEPOSIT : EURO 600( through the platform Housinganywhere at booking )
AT CHECK-OUT DEPOSIT IS REIMBORSED IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES AFTER CHECKING THE ROOM AND BATHROOM AND COMMOM AREA .

IMPORTANT
This is a shared apartment therefore people who don t have respect for rules of coexistence and collaboration is not suitable for this place . There are cleaning shifts in the common area and if somebody dont comply will be debited for a cleaning lady ( for a fee) . Same thing for the private room and bathroom must be regularly cleaned otherwise would be debited a monthly cleaning fee .
