It consists of a large double bedroom with a large closet and air conditioner; private full bathroom with toilet and shower; kitchen-living room with gas stove, traditional oven, coffee maker, as well as table and chairs for four and a comfortable sofa.
The apartment also has a washing machine, with iron and ironing board.

Please note that:
- All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking.
- Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent. Please be aware that the monthly rent change according to the season.
