THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the second floor at 110 Via Savona, in the fashion district, close to "Navigli", in a residential area but very much alive thanks to the presence of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bookstores.
INTERNAL CONDITIONS
The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished a couple of months ago. There are:
- 5 bedrooms (4 private, one double)
- 2 bathrooms
- an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen equipment
- a washing machine
- a shared dining area
- wi-fi
- air conditioning
The building has an elevator and concierge available every morning.

The room features a triple closet with two sets of drawers, one single bed with a night table and one desk with drawers and chairs
A set of towels, linen and duvet is provided upon check in
One shot admin fee includes: VAT, contract registration, third party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax.
Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning of shared spaces.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.
The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract
The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.
Possible to have a guest 3night/month and you have to inform the landlord 24 hours before and provide the guest's document

Monday-Friday outside office hours - we are available 7pm -10pm - €50
Saturdays - we are available 10am-6pm - €50
